1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 7gain.cc website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Services.

By accessing 7gain.cc, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 7gain.cc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by 7gain.cc through identity verification procedures. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the Services. 7gain.cc does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by yourself through our Responsible Gaming tools or by a regulatory authority.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 7gain.cc, or an immediate family member of any such person.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by 7gain.cc, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 7gain.cc. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 7gain.cc employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. 7gain.cc is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 7gain.cc is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document, which may include a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, or UMID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Ownership

Your 7gain.cc account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7gain.cc login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 7gain.cc account and must not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• You must notify 7gain.cc support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• 7gain.cc will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 7gain.cc that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.

7gain.cc shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you notifying us of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7gain.cc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, which are subject to change at our discretion:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard debit only)

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 7gain.cc does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments, 7gain.cc is required to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 7gain.cc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially suspicious.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 7gain.cc reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notice to the registered email address on file. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 7gain.cc may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 7gain.cc reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 7gain.cc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have opted in.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 7gain.cc — including slots, live dealer games, table games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on 7gain.cc use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game round is entirely independent of previous rounds. 7gain.cc does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. All live dealer equipment, including cards and roulette wheels, is subject to regular inspection and certification. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements and are not subject to RNG manipulation.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game round, 7gain.cc reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. 7gain.cc shall not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction beyond the refund of the original wager.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules regarding settlement, void bets, and in-play betting. 7gain.cc reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error or where the integrity of the event is in question.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7gain.cc and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 7gain.cc software or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 7gain.cc staff through any communication channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7gain.cc platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 7gain.cc or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any 7gain.cc trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 7gain.cc intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7gain.cc and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data, provided that 7gain.cc has complied with its security obligations;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of 7gain.cc to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7gain.cc account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

7gain.cc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented a range of tools and policies to help players manage their gaming activity.

11.1 Available Tools

Registered players may access the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

7gain.cc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring account closure;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. 7gain.cc shall not be liable for any loss of access to funds where account closure is the result of your own breach of these Terms.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 7gain.cc is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7gain.cc complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

7gain.cc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7gain.cc platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 7gain.cc from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
